We’re All In the Same Boat -Building the "whole team approach".

The whole team approach is when everyone on the project team is held equally responsible for the quality and success of the project. It yields powerful benefits like lowering risk to delivery, improving velocity/cycle time, producing better ideas and reducing defects and other waste. Like other agile practices, though, whole-team approach requires discipline and diligence.
