Why Holacracy?

A form of self-management that confers decision power on fluid teams, or “circles,” and roles rather than individuals. But they must also have leeway to adapt to changing conditions and make the right decisions in the moment—and managerial hierarchies often don’t provide that flexibility and discretion.
