Steve Denning on #Agile -All about Leadership, innovation, management and business narrative

#Nomanagers approach - Moving far away beyond the command and control approach.

Only 30% of American workers are engaged and inspired at work. 20% are actively disengage and this fact is linked to bosses and mangers. They have bosses form hell that makes them miserableand they are going around the halls and spreading contempt.  …. The staggering of this is loos productivity – 4050$~billion a year. Why do we ned a boss? Why not?. Sometimes we need to get rid of’em all!
