The team is at the center of everything when it comes to Agile and Team formation is another huge problem trying to implement Scrum in most organizations. Probably the greatest hurdle in developing productive teams is understanding what components are necessary to create a team and what will ineffective, low performance team will look like. It is also important to understand why and what is causing it to become an ineffective team so we can start working of "fixing" things.
