There is no such thing as Best Practices any more
One of the most common reasons for pursuing best practices in a given area is to avoid having to "reinvent the wheel." Part of the problem is with assumptions. “If this wasn’t the best way of doing things, I’m sure it would have disappeared by now,” is a logical fallacy and an unfortunately common refrain. Advisors and leaders have to be ready to build business models that don’t necessarily have a precedent.

"PayPal founder and Facebook investor, Peter Thiel, writes in his book “Zero to One,”
The hazards of imitative competition may partially explain why individuals with an Asperger’s-like social ineptitude seem to be at an advantage in Silicon Valley today. If you’re less sensitive to social cues, then you’re less likely to do the same thing as everyone around you.
Thiel is not alone in believing that people with Asperger’s possess natural skills and abilities prized in the competitive world of technology"

So, looking for help before things go downhill is a good idea .It is critical to the success of the organization that disagreements be managed without lasting interpersonal damage. We also need to focus on the emotional side of professional disagreements as well as the rules and roles as any family therapy does. lacking this point of view will probably fail our delivery.

How to Structure an Agile Organisation?
"An organisation that is positioned to adapt to the changing needs of their customers, needs a complementary organisational structure that is both efficient and highly functional. This means a change in the way we think about our organisation. Rather than see the organisation as a pyramid, with executives at the top, graduates and entry level positions at the bottom and everyone else in between; start to think of it has a bee-hive. Hundreds of cells, collaborating towards common goals and outcomes, but ultimately independent in action"

How to communicate agile transformation?
"The change idea itself will steadily evolve. This is not a matter of crafting a vision and then rolling it out across the organization. It's not a mechanical eight-step program. It's about continuously adapting the idea to the evolving circumstances of the organization. As the organization and everyone in it adapts the story of change to their own context, each individual comes to own it."

Do we always need a scrum master ?
Does the Scrum Master Role Ever Go Away? "Having a special person who only does SM duties is like having a person who only does database work, or a person that only works on the UI. It just doesn’t fit into a cross-functional team experience. Worse yet, it starts creating a wall between the developers and the rest of the organization."
