Organizations that use a DevOps mindset will deploy applications and capabilities significantly faster and with fewer operational issues from what the industry is reporting. The fundamental basis for successful DevOps is a culture of trust and a feeling of fellowship. Everything starts with how people perceive each other. The term DevOps itself represents the teamwork that’s necessary for agile software deployment, but unless a company is willing to challenge its own status quo, no real benefits will result.
