In software development and especially for self-organized teams trust is a vital key to consider whenever bringing agile in and as an ongoing approach. Trust is not a simple, black and white, neatly packaged concept. It’s complex and different from one person to another. How do we gain trust? How can we lose it in regards to team, organization and individuals?
