Most people – believe that stress is a bad thing.  They agreed with statements like  “The effects of stress are negative and should be avoided..… but studies show that it can also create mental toughness, increase clarity, result in greater appreciation for one’s circumstances, and contribute to a sense of confidence built on a history of overcoming of obstacles . It can also make you healthier. Yes! so what’s are the benefits of stress and how can we use it to our benefit?
