A culture of blame can create a very difficult work environment; it harms motivation, allow strong deviation from value goals and reduces productivity. To boost performance, companies might want to keep blaming others to a minimum. What can we do to stop blaming? Well, part of it is adopting an agile mindset. Using regular retrospection, small steps, small mistakes, and demo’s. Working together as a team on team issues, dealing with issues that went wrong as a team allow dealing with blame and taking it into actionable terms.
