"People are unable to internalize their accomplishments despite external avoidance of their accomplishments. They feel they don’t deserve what they achieve". They think they deceived other to believe they are competent. The fear that others will discover that you have been bluffing your way through is very real. There is also a Fear of being discredited or discovered to be a fraud. Why does it happen? And how can we overcome it?
