In this project we had just come out of a couple of workshops to create a backlog of stories. We got together with the main stakeholders with the objective to create an ordered backlog.

One of the questions to ask when looking at automation testing software is "What it’s ROI?" A short answer may be “Anything that reduces the resource (people) hours required to accomplish any given task keeping the quality in tack”. In agile environment there are many aspects we can look at that increases that ROI. Some of the activates included constant feedback over quality (which is cheaper), many types and level of effective and efficient testing , tools, a collaborative and quality oriented mindset , which all (and more) reduces the return on investment of the operation.

Both guilt and shame are important social factors. As such, both are intrinsically tied to social situations. Our ideas about guilt and shame (what is right and wrong) come from social situations. And so does the way we can deal with it. There are ways to reduce guilt and shame, and there are also ways we can use them to our benefit. We can listen to our shame and use our guilt. The guilt we experienced can push us toward change.
A culture of blame can create a very difficult work environment; it harms motivation, allow strong deviation from value goals and reduces productivity. To boost performance, companies might want to keep blaming others to a minimum. What can we do to stop blaming? Well, part of it is adopting an agile mindset. Using regular retrospection, small steps, small mistakes, and demo’s. Working together as a team on team issues, dealing with issues that went wrong as a team allow dealing with blame and taking it into actionable terms.
A crucial element for retrospective success is the attitude and feelings of the participants to the meeting in which they are required to attend. EVSP activity (Explorer-Shopper-Vacationer-Prisoner) is an ice breaker. The Dunning-Kruger effect is the finding that the poorest performers are the least aware of their own incompetence.in fact this effect has two parts. If your stupid this effect is great. Never letting your bad ideas slow you down. This may explain a bunch of idiot’s leaders in many areas in past few years. Or, the other side is that People underestimate their ability at stereotypically difficult tasks, leaving lots of talented people unknown. And of course , There are ways you can turn this effect to your benefit.
