How can anyone say it’s not personal? There are so many
aspects of ‘Personal’ and 'Business'. There is no real wall between the two
worlds anymore. Our work reflects our personal lives, and our personal lives
reflect our work. It’s also an important question for all organizations. When
business leaders scale their organizations on the wrong ideas, dysfunction
inevitably arises. Connecting with customers and understanding customers also
makes it very personal and Our Work/Life balance also takes its place.
